ALPHADECK Slab Formwork

Compared to conventional formwork methods, with the reusable aluminium panels in PERI quality less timber is required. The ingenious drophead system also allows early striking and minimises material requirements, as the panels are quickly available for the next concreting section. This offers time and cost advantages.
Installation is intuitive and can be carried out without training effort, even by unexperienced site personnel. The large-area panels made of aluminium are easy to handle thanks to their light weight and can be moved without the use of a crane. The ALPHADECK panels can be lifted from a safe position on the lower level.
With only three basic components – panel, head and support – the material requirement is particularly low. Thanks to the early striking option, only one formwork set is required, which also allows for efficient logistics processes and a minimised need for storage space.
ALPHADECK is made for the fast and economic slab construction. hanks to the drophead, early striking is possible. The panels can be used for the next cycle immediately.
The intuitive technique for connecting the drophead and panel can be picked up in no time with minimal training required.
Early striking minimizes the onsite material amount, as the same panels are used for the next pouring cycle right away. 
ALPHADECK is ideal for many types of projects like hotels, shopping malls, car parks, basements and offices. The standarf panels are available in the sizes 240 cm x 120 cm and 180 cm x 120 cm so that you can form large areas with a minimum of material.
PERI ALPHADECK is compatible with all EN-props, as well as PERI UP MI shoring towers.
