Christian Schwörer, current Chairman of the Advisory Board of the PERI Group, will be appointed CEO of PERI Group for a transitional period of initially 12-18 months.

In this role, he will take over the departments of PERI CFO Dr. Fabian Kracht, who also acted as spokesman of the PERI Group Management.  Dr. Fabian Kracht had announced at the end of last year that he will leave the company to start his own business. His departure from the company will now take place on 30 April 2021.

Christian Schwörer is a member of the shareholding family. From 2007 to 2014, he was a member of Group Management of PERI before moving to the Advisory Board. Since 2018 he is Chairman of the Advisory Board.

“We regret Fabian Kracht´s decision to leave PERI very much and thank him for his great efforts for our company and his valuable contribution to the positive development of the last years”, says Christian Schwörer.

Moving into Group Management Christian Schwörer will leave the Advisory Board as of March 1st, 2021. Prof. Dr. Rainer Kögel will take his place as Chairman of the Advisory Board. He has been a member of the Advisory Board since November 2011 and Deputy Chairman since 2018. Alexander Schwörer will take over the role of Deputy Chairman of the Advisory Board.
